n	nanni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lasciavo la mia auto in riparazione nel giugno 2020 per una spia accesa su loro diagnosi per "guasto alla pompa della cerina" e con l'occasione concordavamo anche il tagliando che pagavo anticipatamente una settimana prima dell'intervento con l'accordo che in un giorno avrebbero eseguito il tutto.... non è piu uscita da li! Dopo più di 5 mesi di fermo del mezzo, dopo mille scuse, dopo averla spostata in altre diverse officine a loro carico, dove l'enorme danno ormai arrecato era ben al di sopra delle loro capacità, dove ogni volta mi presentavano una soluzione e un costo sempre diverso, NON FIDANDOMI PIU' decidevo di portarla presso un concessionario ufficiale. Voglio precisare da parte mia che ho sempre mostrato la massima pazienza e massima collaborazione possibile, dando la piena disponibiltà nel trovare una via d'uscita al loro sbaglio, non riscontrando nessun tipo di incontro per una concreta soluzione, sopratutto monetaria, pur essendo palese la loro unica responsabilità: l'auto funzionava regolarmente alla consegna e dopo il loro intervento non si è piu riaccesa! Il concessionario ufficiale riscontrò gravi danni all'intero impianto elettrico ed elettronico causato da "Corto circuito" per negligenza e assoluta mancanza di professionalità (evidente sfiammata sulla batteria, connettori elettrici rotti, fili interrotti, centraline bruciate). After more than 5 months of inactivity of the vehicle, after a thousand apologies, after having moved it to other different workshops at their expense, where the enormous damage now caused was well beyond their capacity, where each time they presented me with a solution and a always different cost, NO LONGER TRUSTING ME, I decided to take it to an official dealer. I want to clarify for my part that I have always shown the utmost patience and collaboration as possible, giving full availability to find a way out of their mistake, not finding any kind of meeting for a concrete solution, especially monetary, although the their only responsibility: the car worked regularly on delivery and after their intervention it never started again! The official dealer found serious damage to the entire electrical and electronic system caused by "Short circuit" due to negligence and absolute lack of professionalism (evident flare-up on the battery, broken electrical connectors, broken wires, burnt control units).

Personale gentile e cordiale e in poche ore ho ricevuto la macchina, sebbene fossero a corto di personale. I went 2 weeks ago for the car service at Renault clio. 140 euro service, with oil filter and cabin change. Nice and friendly staff and in a few hours I got the car, although they were understaffed.

Scampato incidente. Customer for years, yet another overhaul passed in a few days (complete with a request for a specific check on tires and brakes) result: tire exploded after a week because the internal network gave way and tires that would never have passed the minimum overhaul. Inoltre (cosa molto rara purtroppo in giro) ho trovato delle persone veramente oneste che non cercano di raggirare i clienti con riparazioni che non necessitano. ... officina ordinata , pulita e soprattutto fin troppo puntualissimi!! .... the professionalism here is the host .. I have tested their services several times ... always impeccable. Also (which is very rare unfortunately around) I found some truly honest people who don't try to trick customers with unnecessary repairs. ... tidy, clean and above all too punctual workshop !!

N	Norberto Mornata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portata auto in officina per tagliando, non mi hanno rimontato la cinghia e/o hanno montato una cinghia noon originale, effetto: testa del motore da rifare e spesa di 2000 euro. Sto cercando di intentare causa risarcimento con perito di parte. Sconsigliatissimi!! Car brought to the workshop for service, they did not replace the belt and / or they mounted an original noon belt, effect: engine head to be redone and cost of 2000 euros. I'm trying to sue for compensation with a biased expert. Not recommended !!
