Pensano di essere gentili ma non lo sono soprattutto dopo che ho chiesto un test drive e mi è stato risposto LEI PROVA LE MACCHINE COME SE STA ANDANDO A FARE SHOPPING…
Signorina carissima prima di rispondere così le puntualizzo che se voi non avete la certezza o la prova che un cliente ha fatto il bonifico bancario; è sicuro che la macchina non la rilasciate.
Pertanto ci tengo a dire che se volete vendere veramente vi consiglio di far fare un bel CORSO DI ASSISTENZA ALLA CLIENTELA a qualche vostra dipendente…

Una cosa: il venditore mi ha consigliato un'app da scaricare ma non ricordo il nome.Forse era relativa all'accessorio multimediale sull'auto.Potreste darmi qualche indizio? Grazie.
I bought the new Dacia Sandero Stepway and I am absolutely satisfied with the treatment, they were also very precise in explaining all the features of the car to me during delivery. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenza e mancanza di professionalità dopo una settimana dal tagliando batteria totalmente andata!. Aggiornamento a 3 stelle dato che il direttore della concessionaria ha avuto la cortesia di contattarmi per spiegare la situazione ed alla fine l'intervento è stato gratuito, cosa che comunque mi aspettavo. Non mi convince al di là di tutto comunque il discorso della nuova generazione di batterie auto che si ricarica solo in decelerazione, questa particolarità non poco importante doveva essere spiegata in fase d'acquisto.
Incompetence and lack of professionalism after a week from the battery service totally gone !. 3-star update given that the manager of the dealership had the courtesy to contact me to explain the situation and in the end the intervention was free, which in any case I expected. However, the new generation of car batteries that recharge only in deceleration does not convince me, this not insignificant feature had to be explained during the purchase phase.
