★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiacente segnalare che dopo 10 giorni ho dovuto spostare la visita urgente in ospedale perché i referti non sono firmati e quindi non possono consegnarmeli.La trovo una grave mancanza di professionalità che mi ha causato notevoli disagi.
Sorry to report that after 10 days I had to move the urgent visit to the hospital because the reports are not signed and therefore cannot deliver them to me. I find it a serious lack of professionalism that has caused me considerable inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastici, ho fatto sia il tampone rapido che il sierologico. Esito della tampone dopo 5 minuti e sierologico dopo 2 giorni. Personale gentile e preparato e non ho sentito nessun fastidio durante il tampone. Bravi!
Great, I did both the quick swab and the serology. Swab result after 5 minutes and serological after 2 days. Friendly and prepared staff and I did not feel any discomfort during the swab. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO! Sono inaffidabili perché orari e aperture non rispettati. Ho chiamato 3 volte per effettuare un urinocoltura, mi dicono di presentarmi un giorno della settimana e puntualmente mi sono presentata per 3 volte trovando l'ambulatorio chiuso e sprecando 3 vasetti per la raccolta delle urine. Ancora adesso non ho risolto e sicuramente cambierò centro.
AWFUL! They are unreliable because times and openings are not respected. I called 3 times to carry out a urine culture, they told me to show up one day of the week and promptly I showed up 3 times finding the clinic closed and wasting 3 jars for urine collection. Even now I have not solved and I will certainly change center.

Inaffidabili e ritardatari preso appuntamento alle 10.20 effettuato alle 11.10, e dopo 72h non ho ancora ricevuto i referti. Oggi dopo varie telefonate scopro che l'esito non arriverà prima di altri due giorni e che avrei dovuto avere un figlio con la password per accedere al referto che stranamente non mi hanno consegnato.siamo allo stremo del ridicolo,in piena urgenza pandemica, quasi un settimana di attesa, ma ancora non è certo.

Unreliable and late arrivals made an appointment at 10.20 made at 11.10, and after 72h I have not yet received the reports. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto gentile ma poco professionale e molto informale Ho dovuto chiedere all'infermiera di sostituire la carta sul tavolino perchè sporca di sangue di prelievi precedenti. Inoltre a distanza di 15 giorni ho ancora il livido della puntura. Non mi era mai successa una cosa simile. Infine l'ambiente è troppo vecchio e non dà l'idea di igiene e sterilitá.
Very kind but unprofessional and very informal staff. I had to ask the nurse to replace the paper on the table because it was stained with blood from previous samples. Also after 15 days I still have the bruise from the sting. Such a thing had never happened to me. Finally, the environment is too old and does not give the idea of hygiene and sterility.
