They should learn how to be nice to everyone otherwise they would become the defect of Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having had some unpleasant experiences in the past , today has been a different and a less stressful one, staff have been very efficient and respectful , no long waiting hours and I was able to do what I had to do. The best thing is to go there with a lot of patience and be aware of how stressful it could also be for them on a daily basis since they have to deal with people from everywhere with different problems and situations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read the reviews before heading here because it’s my first time at Milan Questura and I was prepared for the worst. However, the experience was rather normal as it should be. There weren’t so many people today (around 15 or so in the morning) and even though I had an appointment at 11.30 AM, I turned up at 9.30 AM (anticipating a ping queue) but they let me in on first come first serve basis ! I had to give my fingerprint for my permesso and in total it took about 30 mins. Looks like less crowd makes things happen normally here.
