I purchased an almost new BMW with one year warranty. I immediately noticed a traction defect; fixing the problem cost me 995.00 euros. After months of phone calls, messages, emails with invoices attached, I never received a reply. Good only in words??

BAD service. As long as they have to ride an ok car on you, they don't offer any assistance service! I recommend buying from other dealerships if you don't want to be disappointed!
