G	Gesuel Held on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima ed ultima volta che porto la macchina da seat in "riparazione" tra virgolette perché non hanno riparato niente si sono solo presi i soldi e non mi hanno neanche preso in considerazione quando sono tornato dicendogli che la macchina faceva le stesse cose di prima anzi mi ha detto che era normale... Normale? Il minimo che rimane a 1500 giri? Odore di nafta e un tubo rotto che neanche hanno visto(melo sono cambiato da solo)... m	mario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ supponevo di avere un problema alla mia Fabia TSI, sono andato alla sede di Bolzano, ho chiestao se si potesse fare qualche cosa, i dipendenti che mi hanno accolto ua nragazza con io capelli biondi, ed un ragazzo con i capoelli neri non solo hanno trovato il tempo di controllarmi la vettura con nell'alternatore e la batteria trovando tutto in prdine ( il "guaio" era stato causato da me per il poco utilizzo della vettura stessa ( continui messaggi di batteria debole a 24v), ma me la hanno ricaricata in giornata, me la hanno riconsegnata conle ricevute di avvenuti controllo di batteria e alternatore, tenete presente che NON avevo alcun tipo di appuntamento, cosi possso partire per le ferie sabato 18 p.v. grazie molte e tanti complimente per la gentilezza, la disponibilità che mi è stata data senza appuntamento BRAVI ED ANCORA TANTI COMPLIMENTI A VOI!!! C	Charly 64 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Atmosphäre um ein Auto zu kaufen hat mir gefehlt, der Verkäufer war zwar freundlich, aber ich hatte das Gefühl, nicht ernst genommen zu werden, wenn man sich als Ottonormalverbraucher für ein Auto interessiert das zur gehoberen Klasse zählt. Ein Eindruck den ich aber auch bei anderen Händlern hatte. Es wird das Angebot entscheiden, ob ich dort mein nächstes Auto kaufe oder nicht. R	René Federspieler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einen Stern für die große Auswahl. Ansonsten meiner Meinung nach nicht zu empfehlen. Ein zweites Mal würde ich dieses Autohaus nicht betreten. Nach der Unterschrift und somit der Bestätigung für den Autokauf war der Verkäufer bei Rückfragen zuerst unfreundlich, später antwortete er nicht mehr. Anrufe wurden weggedrückt, Rückruf: Fehlanzeige. Beim Verkaufsgespräch wurden falsche Angaben zum Vorbesitzer gemacht. Auto hatte nach 2 Tagen das erste Problem und musste zurück in die Werkstatt (kann natürlich Zufall sein und auch in einem anderen Autohaus passieren). Fahrzeugschein des neuen Autos und Verschrottungsbestätigung des alten Autos wurden nach 1.5 Monaten noch nicht zugestellt. One star for the large selection. Otherwise not recommended in my opinion. I wouldn't go into this dealership a second time. The car had the first problem after 2 days and had to go back to the workshop (can of course be a coincidence and also happen in another dealership). Vehicle registration for the new car and confirmation of the scrapping of the old car were not delivered after 1.5 months.

Wenn ein Kunde irgendwo nachhakt, sollte der Verkäufer sich nicht persönlich angegriffen fühlen. (oder so darauf reagieren) Kleiner Tipp: Nach dem Kauf ist vor dem Kauf. Sales talks should be a little more honest and transparent. If a customer questions something, the seller shouldn't feel personally attacked. (or react to it) A little tip: after buying is before buying.

Sono salito al iano degli uffici ed una segretaria molto gentile ha chiamato qualcuno ma con fatica perche'mo non trovava nessuno. Ariiva un Signore gli chiedo info riguardo lo scooter Mo ed il prezzo e mi ha sparato un prezzo che solo li fanno,molto euro in piu' di quello che chiedono in giro. Bye Bye Barchetti!!!!!
