Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat mich über den Fortschritt immer informiert. Dass die Reifen, obwohl Standardbreite, erst nach mehr als 2 Tagen beschafft werden konnten, war mit Sicherheit ausßerhalb seines Einflußbereiches. Ich kann die Abwicklung durch Ihn nur loben. Great service from H. M. Tschigg. He took care of everything so that the defective tire could be replaced. He was always available and kept me informed about the progress. The fact that the tires, although standard width, could only be procured after more than 2 days, was certainly beyond his sphere of influence. I can only praise the handling by him.

Portata la mia Audi A3 a fare un tagliando olio con spesa di 460€ e nemmeno il liquido tergicristalli sono stati in grado di aggiungermi, l’ho dovuto fare personalmente perché la vaschetta era vuota. Sul Q3 abbiamo speso oltre i 300€ per mettere apposto il motorino elettrico del finestrino posteriore e dopo 3 interventi svolti tuttora non funziona. Alle telefonate non mi risponde mai nessuno, sopratutto di sabato (in quest’ultimo giorno parte la segreteria di un minuto e oltre per poi metterti giù il telefono). Staff not attentive to customer needs. Got two cars from them but they will definitely be the last. When I took my Audi A3 for an oil service at a cost of € 460 and not even the wiper fluid was able to add me, I had to do it myself because the reservoir was empty. On the Q3 we spent over € 300 to put the electric motor in the rear window in place and after 3 interventions it still does not work. No one ever answers my phone calls, especially on Saturdays (on this last day, the answering machine starts for a minute or more and then you put the phone down).

They took the car straight away to work and fixed the problem in 40minutes so were on out away in no time.
