La mia Toyota aveva un problema alla lancetta del livello carburante , in altre officine mi era stato detto che probabilmente andava cambiato tutto il kit galleggiante , e questo avrebbe comportato una spesa non inferiore alle 500 euro, qui all' officina Toyota Autoindustriale mi hanno chiamato dicendo che in realtà il problema era molto più banale ed "economico"
Con pochi euro mi hanno risolto il problema.
Onesti e molto professionali .
La mia macchina la porterò sempre da loro .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fachkompetentes Verkaufs-Personal und vielleicht zufällig nach 5 Minuten Wartezeit auch verfügbar. Der Verkäufer (oder Verkaufsberater) (zwar in Italienischer Sprache) hat sich viel Zeit genommen und die diversen Motorisierungen und Hybrid-Technologie von Toyota erklärt.
Expert sales staff and maybe also randomly available after waiting 5 minutes. The seller (or sales consultant) (in Italian) took a lot of time to explain the various engines and hybrid technology from Toyota.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in Autoindustriale per un preventivo con permuta e ho avuto un incontro. Abbiamo fissato la valutazione dell’auto. Sono stato molto corretto e ho avvertito il venditore D. che ero in ritardo di 5 minuti. Al mio arrivo il venditore era con due clienti.
Dopo il secondo incontro abbiamo fissato una demo e il venditore mi ha detto che mi avrebbe richiamato il giorno stesso o quello dopo per la valutazione della mia auto. Dopo tre giorni che non sentivo nessuno, mi chiama per dirmi che il capo aveva preso l’auto demo e dovevamo spostare l’appuntamento. Gli ho fatto notare che non mi aveva chiamato e si e’ scusato dicendo che e’ umano. Gli ho fatto notare il primo appuntamento con gli altri clienti e la demo della macchina saltato. In ultimo gli ho chiesto la valutazione dell’auto e me l’ha fatta inferiore di 5000 euro rispetto a VW di Bolzano e Trento e anche molto inferiore rispeto alla vendita meno costosa che si poteva trovare su autoscout per un auto con un anno in meno della mia.
Gli ho salutati e ho pensato che non si trattano cosi' i clienti, passi il valore dell'auto, ma l'attesa al secondo appuntamento, il non richiamarmi e la demo saltata no. E lui si era sincerato di richiamarlo tempestivamente nel caso non fossi potuto andare agli appuntamenti., cosa che ho fatto per soli 5 minuti.
Peccato, la mia esperienza e' stata pessima! Toyota non merita venditori del genere.

I pointed out to him that he hadn't called me and he apologized saying he is human. I pointed out the first appointment with the other customers and the demo of the car was skipped. Finally, I asked him for the valuation of the car and he made it 5000 euros lower than VW of Bolzano and Trento and also much lower than the cheapest sale that could be found on autoscout for a car with one year less. of my.
I said goodbye to them and I thought that they don't treat customers like that, you pass the value of the car, but the wait for the second appointment, not calling me back and the skipped demo no. And he made sure to call him back promptly in case I couldn't go to appointments, which I did for only 5 minutes.
Too bad, my experience was bad! Toyota does not deserve such sellers.
