★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno auto senza assicurazione casco andrebbe comunicato al cliente prima del noleggio , me l'hanno graffiata al parcheggio, l'assicurazione del altra persona ha pagato ma loro chiedono ancora soldi a me, un incubo, non mi lasciano piu stare.
 They have cars without helmet insurance, it should be communicated to the customer before the rental, they scratched it at the parking lot, the insurance of the other person paid but they still ask me for money, a nightmare, they don't leave me alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosciuto per caso su internet gestito da un ragazzo disponibilissimo sempre disponibile anche telefonicamente......macchina consegnata e riconsegnata in pochi minuti senza file e perdite di tempo.....inoltre fornisce anche le gomme da neve cosa importantissima nei periodi invernali!
Una garanzia e un punto di riferimento futuro per le mie tappe a bolzano!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was great, car was clean and fun to drive. Recommend adding the collision coverage for piece of mind. Italian drivers are much more aggressive than drivers in the US. Mid-Size SUV was similar in size to vehicles in the USA and had room for 4 carry-on bags and 4 backpacks. Can either call a taxi or take bus from train station to the rental car facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small Europcar office located on the right immediately after entering the small Bolzano airport. The employee was helpful and gave me all the required information. I had a hard time finding my car though. Not because the indications were not clear but because it was hidden behing a large van. They don't seem to have their own parking lot and just use the own provided by the airport.
