Dopo un sopralluogo presso il nostro domicilio da parte del venditore, ci siamo riservati di valutare tra due modelli in esposizione. Concordato il prezzo, è stato apposto il cartello "venduta" sulla stufa che maggiormente ci interessava. A distanza di qualche giorno, telefonando al venditore per definire la scelta, ci è stato comunicato con indifferenza e supponenza che la stufa in questione era stata venduta ad un altro cliente il giorno stesso. Pur avendo lasciato i nostri contatti telefonici il venditore non si è preoccupato minimamente di avvisarci e, a fronte della nostra sorpresa, ha laconicamente commentato che "il commercio è commercio".
