È stata acquistata nel 2020, è sempre perennemente rotta. Da ieri siamo senza riscaldamento per l’ennesima volta (ci sono 5 gradi fuori, e noi abbiamo un bambino piccolo). L’assistenza? Ho chiamato l’azienda e mi hanno consigliato di usare del grasso al rame, ma purtroppo anche in questo modo non ho risolto il problema. Ho quindi acquistato di recente dello spray al rame della Wurth, specifico per raggiungere elementi nascosti come i cuscinetti del saliscendi, ma nulla nemmeno questo. Ormai dopo un paio di anni mi sono rassegnato, ma ritengo che un prodotto dal costo così importante e che dovrebbe durare nel tempo, non possa avere questo tipo di criticità. Veramente deluso ? Da allora (son passati più di 45 giorni) ho chiamato più volte il servizio assistenza che continua a prendere tempo, mentre alle mail proprio non rispondono. Intanto il tempo passa, inizia a venire freddo e la fine della garanzia si avvicina. I have a stove whose warranty expires in 4 months. Ottima resa termica, sia a legna che a pellet. Eccezzionale assistenza tecnica eseguita dal vostro tecnico Bertagnoli Giovanni in merito ad un sopraluogo per la pulizia in omaggio. Tecnico altamente professionale, gentilissimo che ha eseguito un servizio perfetto, molto gentile nelle spiegazioni da me riferite. Consiglio vivamente il Gruppo Piazzetta, sempre pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problema, domanda o dubbio. Ottimi i materiali di fabbricazione e precisione nell'assemblaggio, scrupolosa attenzione anche ai piccoli particolari. Consiglio vivamente. Kaminofen wird montiert, funktioniert nicht, wurde nicht so montiert wie vereinbart und dann wird man seit 4 Monaten immer wieder vertröstet. Keine Garantie arbeiten, keine Ersatzteile, niemand geht ans Handy, Mails werden nicht beantwortet. Wenn sie einmal den Kamin bezahlt haben sehen sie niemanden mehr im Haus. Kaufen sie irgendwo einen Kamin aber keinen der Gruppe Piazzetta. Ich habe 5000 € verloren und habe einen Kamin der nicht funktioniert und von Garantie will niemand etwas wissen. Meine letzte Hoffnung ist eine Anzeige bei der Polizei. Bitte passen Sie auf bei dieser Firma. Attention please be careful. No guarantee work, no spare parts, no one answers their cell phones, emails are not answered. Once they have paid for the chimney, they no longer see anyone in the house. B	Baca Nda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la garanzia di 10 anni in piccolo è scritto che è di 3 anni ma i pezzi li trovi per 10 anni. 10.000€ di camino dopo un anno aveva le piastre interne a pezzi e non sono nemmeno quelle in garanzia, poi dopo 5 anni cade con in botto spaventoso un pezzo gigante di ghisa che spezza il vetro , per fortuna era socchiuso e non è successo che qualcuno si facesse male. Dopo 5 anni devo cambiare tutto l'interno a pezzi , il vetro , questo pezzo crollato da sopra e la canna fumaria allentata. N	Nicola Terzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ QUALITA' PIAZZETTA? acquistiamo una bellissima P937 - che scalda bene - dal design pulito e snello... Premetto che da lunedì a venerdì la stufa è accesa 2 ore la mattina - e circa 5/6 ore il pomeriggio/sera - sabato e domenica tutto il giorno. Utilizzata solo con pellet di qualità. Di seguito i problemi riscontrati: - la ruggine su tutta la camera di combustione si è mostrata sin dal primo inverno, il resto è andato peggiorando poco per volta. - il braciere si è deformato e deteriorato fino a bucarsi e abbiamo dovuto sostituirlo già il secondo inverno. - i deflettori posteriori ed inferiori hanno iniziato a deformarsi vistosamente dal secondo inverno e (a tal punto che in un'occasione è stato usato un crick da auto per poterlo estrarre ) abbiamo dovuto rettificarli (ripetutamente) ai lati (su consiglio del venditore) per poterli estrarre durante la normale pulizia della stufa. Tali problemi sono stati segnalati al rivenditore - il quale ci ha detto che la ruggine e la deformazione di braciere e deflettori rientrava nella normale usura. Fiduciosi, anche delle migliaia di euro spese per la "Ferrari delle stufe", abbiamo contatta Piazzetta che ci ha tranquillamente rimbalzato, in quanto tali componenti non rientrano nella garanzia e che avremmo potuto acquistare i ricambi. Ciò che siamo stati costretto a fare quest'anno... le fotografie parlano meglio di mille parole!!! Pare che nel frattempo il deflettore posteriore inferiore sia stato rinforzato.. speriamo regga più a lungo... PIAZZETTA QUALITY? we buy a beautiful P937 - which heats well - with a clean and slim design ... The following problems were encountered: - the rust all over the combustion chamber showed up since the first winter, the rest got worse little by little. - the brazier was deformed and deteriorated to the point of puncturing and we had to replace it already the second winter. - the rear and lower deflectors began to deform conspicuously from the second winter and (to such an extent that on one occasion a car jack was used to extract it) we had to rectify them (repeatedly) on the sides (on the advice of the seller) to be able to extract them during normal stove cleaning. Such problems were reported to the dealer - who told us that the rust and deformation of the bowl and baffles was part of normal wear. Confident, even of the thousands of euros spent for the "Ferrari of the stoves", we contacted Piazzetta who quietly bounced us back, as these components are not covered by the guarantee and that we could have bought the spare parts. What we have been forced to do this year ... the photographs speak better than a thousand words !!! It seems that in the meantime the lower rear deflector has been reinforced .. hopefully it will last longer ...
