Anche il costo totale del caminetto alla fine è stato inferiore a quanto preventivato da altri rivenditori della zona. Consigliati! The staff were polite and knowledgeable. M	Mattia Nardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un caminetto, di progettazione e design d'effetto, peccato che la messa in opera sia stata un disastro a partire dai lavori sul tetto, (che non ha guaina) dove gli operai hanno montato il faldale (così mi è stato detto di chiami ) sotto i coppi…, in questo modo la pioggia sarebbe entrata di sicuro. Consiglio a tutti i vecchi clienti di controllare sul tetto cosa possono aver combinato anche a casa loro! Il cartongesso è tutto storto e "fuori squadra",il marmo invece è scheggiato ed ho dovuto farlo sistemare da un tecnico a mie spese. Sono stato contattato dal loro marmista che si era impegnato a rimborsarmi la spesa sostenuta, ora invece non si fa trovare al telefono. Consiglio a tutti se dovessero avere a che fare con queste persone di trovare persone in grado di fare i lavori a regola d'arte perché non ne sono in grado. L' unica persona di serietà e competenza è la signorina Martina che vale 5 stelle da sola , per il resto tutto fumo e niente arrosto. Speriamo che questo inverno non ci siano sorprese. Esperienza pessima ! I advise all old customers to check on the roof what they may have been up to in their home too! The plasterboard is all wrong and "out of square", the marble is chipped and I had to have it fixed by a technician at my expense. I was contacted by their marble worker who had undertaken to reimburse me for the expenses incurred, but now he cannot be found on the phone. I advise everyone if they have to deal with these people to find people able to do the work in a workmanlike manner because they are not able. The only person of seriousness and competence is Miss Martina who is worth 5 stars alone, otherwise all smoke and no roast. Let's hope there aren't any surprises this winter. Bad experience!
