★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando visitar um apartamento ha 2 meses, já liguei mais de 4 vezes e falei com as pessoas da agência, já mandei e-mail e ninguém responde. Estou insistindo para visitar um apartamento a venda mas parece que não querem vender.
Se está buscando uma agência para fazer a sua venda não recomendo. Péssimo atendimento.
I have been trying to visit an apartment for 2 months, I have called more than 4 times and talked to the people at the agency, I have already sent an email and no one answers. I am insisting on visiting an apartment for sale but it seems that they do not want to sell.
If you are looking for an agency to make your sale I do not recommend it. Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho recentemente acquistato con l'aiuto di questa agenzia la mia prima casa.
L'esperienza è stata perfetta:
- avevo già visitato altri due immobili, ma infine sul sito dell'agenzia ho individuato l'annuncio della casa che poi avrei acquistato;
- ho fatto una visita conoscitiva in agenzia per poi fissare la visita alla casa, che fortunatamente non era abitata.
- dopo alcuni giorni di riflessione, e dopo aver sentito una banca per il mutuo, ho deciso di avviare l'iter per l'acquisto. Con l'aiuto dell'agente abbiamo preparato la mia proposta, che è stata accettata, e dopo l'approvazione del mutuo ho conosciuto i proprietari e firmato il preliminare consegnando loro una caparra.
- infine c'è stato l'Atto, che grazie all'aiuto dell'agenzia sono riuscito a stipulare in tempo per usufruire del tasso di febbraio invece che quello più alto di marzo!
L'agenzia è stata eccezionale nel reperire rapidamente tutta la documentazione necessaria per richiedere il mutuo e per l'atto.
Io, a parte l'ansia per l'operazione importante che stavo facendo, non ho di fatto dovuto preoccuparmi di nulla, e in due mesi (il tempo per ottenere il mutuo compresa la garanzia dello Stato, il Consap) sono diventato proprietario!
I recently bought my first home with the help of this agency.
The experience was perfect:
- I had already visited two other properties, but finally on the agency's website I identified the announcement of the house that I would then buy;
- I made a fact-finding visit to the agency and then set up a visit to the house, which fortunately was not inhabited.
- after a few days of reflection, and after having consulted a bank for the mortgage, I decided to start the process for the purchase. With the help of the agent we prepared my proposal, which was accepted, and after the loan was approved, I met the owners and signed the preliminary agreement, giving them a deposit.
- finally there was the Act, which thanks to the help of the agency I was able to sign in time to take advantage of the rate in February instead of the highest in March!
The agency was exceptional in quickly finding all the documentation necessary to apply for the mortgage and for the deed.
Apart from the anxiety about the important operation I was doing, I didn't actually have to worry about anything, and in two months (the time to get the mortgage including the State guarantee, the Consap) I became the owner!
