Ho ordinato 4 bancali di pellet a giugno siamo giunti a settembre e ancora non ho visto la consegna, ho chiesto la restituzione della caparra perché è quella che vi chiedono ma niente non vogliono restituirla , avevano garantito e scritto sul contratto la consegna a giugno.
Mai più!! E speriamo che faranno la consegna ma chissà.
Siamo giunti a metà stagione e voglio aggiungere alla pessima recensione precedente che la qualità del pellet ( lo hanno consegnato si ma con forte ritardo) fa letteralmente schifo, ho dovuto smontare 2 volte la coclea della stufa perché si blocca per colpa di questo maledetto pellet. Per quanto mi riguarda possono chiudere ora, Ladri!!!!
 Bad experience ...
I ordered 4 pallets of pellets in June, we arrived in September and I still have not seen the delivery, I asked for the return of the deposit because it is what they ask you but nothing they do not want to return it, they had guaranteed and written on the contract the delivery in June.
Never again!! And we hope they will make the delivery but who knows.
We have reached the middle of the season and I want to add to the previous bad review that the quality of the pellets (they delivered it yes but with a long delay) literally sucks, I had to disassemble the stove auger twice because it gets stuck due to this damn pellet. As for me they can close now, Thieves !!!!
