★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti a questi professionisti dopo aver chiesto il loro supporto tecnico per interventi su antifurti installati da altri che ci rimbalzavano con liste d'attesa eterne. Rapidissimi, preparatissimi e con un konw how d'eccellenza. Ora abbiamo tolto tutto il vecchio e installato un antifurto dalle prestazioni estremamente performanti. Lavorano con metodo, pulizia e precisione. Sono propositivi e costruttivi. Centraline e sensori di ultima generazione. Abbiamo chiesto una modifica a dei sensori ed ci è stata fatta in tempo reale mentre eravamo al telefono.
NON obbligano a contratti di manutenzione e intervengono quando necessario con rapidità e ONESTÀ sul piano economico (un cambio batteria ci costava meno della metà rispetto agli installatori a cui pagavamo anche un canone). Questo atteggiamento professionale è trasparente li ha posti nella nostra azienda come fornitori accreditati e degni di rispetto.
Non si può fare confronti sul piano economico perché servono le stesse basi e gli stessi prodotti, ma in 40 anni di esperienza, ci siamo trovati con servizi di qualità, e quando si parla di sicurezza, la qualità del prodotto e l'assistenza, sono essenziali. Bravi veramente.
We turned to these professionals after asking for their technical support for interventions on burglar alarms installed by others that bounced us with eternal waiting lists. Very fast, very well prepared and with a konw how of excellence. Now we have removed all the old and installed a high performance anti-theft alarm. They work with method, cleanliness and precision. They are proactive and constructive. Latest generation control units and sensors. We asked for a sensor change and it was done in real time while we were on the phone.
They DO NOT oblige maintenance contracts and they intervene when necessary quickly and HONESTY on an economic level (a battery change cost us less than half compared to the installers to whom we also paid a fee). This professional attitude is transparent and has placed them in our company as accredited and respectable suppliers.
You cannot make economic comparisons because you need the same bases and the same products, but in 40 years of experience, we have found ourselves with quality services, and when it comes to safety, product quality and assistance, they are essential. Really good.
