Ho avuto i preventivi e ho fatto l'ordine di una stufa a pellet in piena pandemia nella primavera 2020, installata a regola d'arte appena possibile a fine Maggio 2020 e si sono occupati totalmente del rimborso col "Conto Termico". Ho anche richiesto una fornitura di Pellet molto conveniente e di altissima qualità, con basso residuo. Tutto lo staff è composto da persone efficienti, precise e molto cortesi. Un piacere rapportarsi con loro, nonostante il periodo non facile. Grazie. Very professional. Staff molto gentile e che sa consigliare al meglio . Parcheggio buono, e accessibile per carrozzine Nice big shop with many brands from wood to pellets, from stove to fireplace, economic stoves. E poi quando chiedo di spostare di qualche cm la stufa e modificare il tubo dell'aria mi dicono,si passiamo non appena siamo in zona. Peccato che da allora nonostante un mio sollecito siano passati 16 mesi.
