Montata la stufa e incassato il legittimo corrispettivo nessuno dell'azienda ha almeno l'educazione di rispondere al telefono o alle mail. Non-existent after-sales assistance. Ripetuti tentativi di contattare la ditta per e-mail infruttuosi. Sito web "artigianale" come le stufe. Cataloghi con numerosi errori ortografici e senza le informazioni necessarie. Recatomi 2 volte presso il negozio (con due dita di polvere ovunque, materiali abbandonati a terra in mezzo alle stufe in esposizione, cartoni bianchi alle finestre) e telefonato altre 3 volte per avere informazioni e concordare il sopralluogo e sono tuttora in attesa... Forse le e-mail sono andate nella cartella "spam" e, forse, il ritaglio di carta riciclata dove si sono presi nota dei miei dati è andato perso. E' chiaro che manca totalmente di organizzazione!! In risposta a quanto detto dall'Azienda, come già scritto, ho scritto all'indirizzo di posta elettronica indicato e nessuno ha risposto; sono andato fisicamente in negozio per ben due volte lasciando sempre il mio recapito; ho telefonato 3 volte e mi sono sentito dire "La ricontattiamo". Ecco, il telefono non ha ancora squillato, e sono passati due mesi. Quanto all'Outlet di Rosà, dove si trova l'indirizzo? Sul Vs sito non mi pare sia riportato. Concludo dicendo che altri Vs concorrenti sono più solerti nel tentare di fidelizzare il cliente e non si dimenticano di contattarlo. Perhaps the e-mails went to the "spam" folder and, perhaps, the scrap of recycled paper where they recorded my data was lost. It is clear that it totally lacks organization !! In response to what the Company said, as already written, I wrote to the e-mail address indicated and nobody replied; I physically went to the shop twice, always leaving my address; I called 3 times and I was told "We will contact you". Here, the phone hasn't rang yet, and it's been two months. As for the Rosà Outlet, where is the address? I do not think it is reported on your site. I conclude by saying that other competitors Vs are more diligent in trying to retain the customer and do not forget to contact him.
