Marconi è stato molto disponibile e mi hanno rifatto tutto il bagno in 7 giorni. Molto consigliato! After a serious accident I had to adapt the bathroom to my motor needs. Un lavoro stupendo, ( ora scarica anche magnificamente) e velocissimi, complimenti al signor Mario e ai suoi seri e ligi collaboratori. Durante il primo incontro si sono resi disponibili, addirittura mi hanno detto che se volevo delle piastrelle di aziende che non avevano in showroom, avrebbero potuto procurarmele. Dopo qualche settimana ho fissato il secondo appuntamento e, pensando di agevolarli, ho inviato una lista degli articoli (piastrelle, rubinetteria, colonna/piatto/ box doccia...) che mi piacevano, indicando marche e modelli e specificando che se erano marche da loro non trattate avrei volentieri valutato qualche altra marca similare. Il giorno dopo ho ricevuto una mail dal titolare che in modo molto sgarbato mi informava che sono oberati di lavoro, che non trattano le marche che ho chiesto, che sono abituati ad offrire un servizio "chiavi in mano" (pertanto se chiedi un preventivo con escluso il lavoro dell'idraulico perché hai già il tuo di fiducia non si può fare perché vogliono importi il loro!) e che non sono interessati a farmi un preventivo. Se questo è il modo di trattare un potenziale cliente in fase di preventivo, non voglio immaginare una volta acquisito il lavoro! Alla larga!!!!!!! The next day I received an email from the owner who in a very rude way informed me that they are overworked, that they do not deal with the brands I asked for, that they are used to offering a "turnkey" service (so if you ask for a quote with excluding the work of the plumber because you already have yours you can not do because they want to import theirs!) and that they are not interested in giving me a quote. If this is the way to treat a potential client in the quote stage, I don't want to imagine once the job is acquired! Stay away!!!!!!!
