★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service pessimo. Varie parti del lavandino e doccia che abbiamo comprato da voi si sono rovinate a distanza di pochi mesi, seppur con un utilizzo minimo. Inoltre, lunghissimi tempi di attesa per sostituire un componente della doccia (che la rende quasi inutilizzabile). Sconsigliato.
Bad customer service. Various parts of the sink and shower that we bought from you were damaged within a few months, albeit with minimal use. In addition, very long waiting times to replace a component of the shower (which makes it almost unusable). Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una impiegata del show room mi ha detto gentilmente che non aveva tempo per me perchè aveva delle pratiche urgenti da fare e che dovevo chiedere appuntamento!
Primo: sul sito non si parla di appuntamenti, erano appena aperti e non c'era nessuno, ho fatto presente che avevo fatto 80 km per visitarli... ma c'erano pratiche urgenti da sbrigare,difficilmente tornerò!
A show room employee kindly told me that she didn't have time for me because she had some urgent paperwork to do and that I had to ask for an appointment!
First: on the site there is no mention of appointments, they were just open and there was no one, I pointed out that I had traveled 80 km to visit them ... but there were urgent procedures to be completed, I will hardly be back!
