★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a loro per rivestimento e arredamento bagno. Mi hanno solamente fatto perdere tempo e pazienza: dopo due settimane dal primo incontro, il preventivo non era pronto all'appuntamento (fissato da loro). Quando poi all'appuntamento per la conferma dell'ordine (ore 16,30) la consulente non si è presentata per "febbre" (nonostante la avessi sentita lo stesso giorno alle 11) sono andata via lasciando stare tutto. MALEDUCATI e INCOMPETENTI.
I turned to them for bathroom coverings and furnishings. They have just wasted your time and patience, two weeks after the first meeting, the budget was not ready appointment (fixed by them). Then when the appointment for the confirmation of the order (4.30 pm) the consultant did not show up for "fever" (although I had heard it the same day at 11 am) I left leaving everything alone. RUDE AND INCOMPETENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non capisco le recensioni a 1 stella per mancato appuntamento! siete viziati! personalmente è da anni che ci lavoro e sono disponibili al massimo, magazzino efficiente al top! purtroppo per i preventivi ci vuole un po di tempo, ma non vendono patatine, ti vestono la casa come una camicia su misura! materiali ed esposizione in continua ricerca di nuove tendenze, bravi! 5 stelle
I don't understand the 1 star reviews for missed appointment! you are spoiled! personally I have been working on it for years and they are available to the max, efficient warehouse at the top! unfortunately it takes some time for quotes, but they don't sell chips, they dress your house like a tailored shirt! materials and exposure in continuous search for new trends, good! 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone competenti e prodotti belli. Sfortunatamente però devo lasciare una recensione negativa poiché non esiste alcuna assistenza post vendita (o meglio post fattura): non rispondono alle mail e non vengono a sistemare i problemi che possono sorgere dopo l'installazione.
Competent people and beautiful products. Unfortunately, however, I have to leave a negative review since there is no after-sales assistance (or rather post-invoice): they do not respond to emails and do not come to fix the problems that may arise after installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco tempo fa sono entrata in negozio soltanto per chiedere qualche informazione e per dare un occhiata, dopo aver detto di non avere idee precise e di volere soltanto sapere cosa potevano propormi, la donna che mi ha assistito è stata assai scortese facendomi notare di non aver voglia di seguirmi, successivamente mi ha rifilato una sua collega che sembrava avesse meno voglia di lei. I materiali che hanno potranno anche essere di qualità ma il personale rovina del tutto il negozio.
