Ho acquistato una stufa a pellet Idro della Ungaro quest'autunno ed oltre all’enorme assortimento su tutto il settore del riscaldamento, quindi stufe a pellet camini e termostufe ,(a prezzi oggettivamente sotto la media) mi ha colpita la loro preparazione,gentilezza e pazienza sia durante l’acquisto che durante la fase dell’installazione della stufa. Sono rimasta davvero molto soddisfatta ? Nonostante noi fossimo di Moncalieri, andarci ne è valsa davvero la pena.Consigliatissimo! NON RISPONDONO MAI al telefono e lo staccano! Inoltre suggeriscono di chiamare l'assistenza che, esattamente alla loro stregua, non risponde alle chiamate.... personalmente PESSIMA ESPERIENZA! SCONSIGLIATO! Tutti giorni andando in negozio a chiedere quando mi avrebbero consegnato la stufa. Ogni tal volta mi dicevano una bugia. La stufa aveva una detrazione fiscale per risparmio energetico che loro non hanno dichiarato. Veramente vergonioso. Soprattutto che mi hanno emesso una fattura in quale era specificato.
