β β β β β I love Rome but this viewpoint was kind of forgettable. If you ask me, Rome's historic buildings are just better seen up close and personal.
Rome's skyline, not that special. But by all means, do go for the climb and see for yourself.

β β β β β Not the best view and I would recommend others which are better. Not really worth the walk but at least we ended up down in Trastevere with a good pizza.

β β β β β One of the best viewpoints in Rome, whether at daytime or by night. Parking is available and a stand selling snacks and drinks. The view is across town and until the mountains, good also for sunrise or moonrise.

β β β β β If you want to sit down and enjoy the most amazing view I definitely recommend you to visit Belvedere del Gianicolo. People are going there to spend some quality time, sitting on the grass in the sun and admiring the breathtaking view of the city !
It is a great spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the afternoon. You can see the whole city from this spot ?

β β β β β One of the best panoramas of Rome. Just a short steep climb from Trastevere, you can find a terrace with a stunning view over the whole city. There are a few food trucks open so you can have a drink and snack while enjoying the view. Perfect for an afternoon or evening stroll. There is also a public bathroom under the terrace.

β β β β β Beautiful! We've arrived there by bus (there is a bus stop right at the viewpoint). It's a nice place where you get a view over a bit of Rome. We were here for sunset, but it's not in the direction of the viewpoint. It can get a bit crowded as both locals and tourists come here from what I've noticed

β β β β β A scenic place to have view of rome city especially the central part. It provides beautiful view of saint peters dome. Other historic buildings can also be seen from here. Light snacks and drinks are also available at a small shop. Parking is available very close to view point. People with wheel chair can also approach the view point.
