★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il cinema dell'assurdo. oltre 20 giorni per ricevere un conteggio estintivo che a loro dire può essere dato esclusivamente con richiesta mediante raccomandata. Naturalmente La loro risposta arriva mediante lettera ordinaria della quale dopo 15 giorni non si hanno tracce.
Non esiste un numero di telefono diretto per parlare con l'amministrazione ma solo un numero al quale rispondono dei centralinisti che di fatto danno solo delle risposte generiche. Ogni mail spedita viene gestita in tempi a dir poco biblici.
Nell'anno 2019 non pensavo che per gestire una richiesta tutto sommato semplice si dovesse perdere tutto questo tempo.
La mia richiesta è partita il giorno 16 aprile e faccio questa recensione il 15 maggio.
Siete allucinanti! Nell'era delle app e della messaggistica rapida ci vogliono GIORNI per avere una mezza informazione.

There is no direct telephone number to talk to the administration but only a number to which the telephone operators answer, which in fact only give generic answers. Each e-mail sent is handled in biblical times to say the least.
In the year 2019 I did not think that to handle a request all in all simple you would lose all this time.
My request started on April 16th and I do this review on May 15th.
You are hallucinating! In the age of apps and fast messaging, it takes DAYS to get half the information.

Inviato mail da pec personale per estinzione anticipata. Non rispondono, nel 2020, se non a mezzo posta ordinaria! A nulla valgono solleciti, richieste, mail anche della banca di riferimento.
Evitate, tanto applicano gli stessi tassi delle finanziarie!

Email sent from personal pec for early repayment. They do not respond, in 2020, except by ordinary mail! Reminders, requests, e-mails also from the reference bank are of no use.
Avoid, they apply the same rates as the financial ones!
