★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducati....sabato banca aperta fino alle 13.00 vai alle 12.50 già chiusa. Aperta solo per consulenza non servizi allo sportello. Ma allora cosa pubblicizzate l apertura il sabato. Vergogna di banca con tutto quello che costa. Pessimi
Maleducati .... Saturday bank open until 13.00 go to 12.50 already closed. Open only for advice not services at the counter. But then what do you publicize the opening on Saturday. Shame on the bank with everything it costs. bad

I wanted to change bank, after bad experiences in other branches .... luckily I was right to try this branch. Super-gentle and available ... professionalism does not need to be commented on because I take it for granted. Thanks to Giusy, Biancamaria and Paola !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piu di 30 chiamate per appuntamento senza risposta!!! Il telefono suona normalmente ,è la persona che deve rispondere chi respinge la chiamata, o non ti risponde semplicemente. Mi è successa la cosa 2 volte su 3. Se non si risponde ai clienti, perché darli des numeri da chiamare??? Più di 30 chiamate su più di 2 ore, senza una risposta. Non è ne cortese, ne rispettoso,comportamenti di genere. Molto deludente e fa davvero parecchio arrabbiare. L'ultimo episodio sta succedendo proprio questo mercoledì 07 Aprile 2021 ,è dalle 09 e 15 che sto chiamando fino alle 11 e 41mn, senza risposta!!!! Bisogna parlarne di persona con i responsabili della banca o magari alla sede della Sanpaolo. QUESTO È DAVVERO TROPPO.
More than 30 unanswered calls per appointment !!! The phone rings normally, it is the person who has to answer who rejects the call, or simply does not answer you. This has happened to me 2 times out of 3. If you do not answer customers, why give them des numbers to call ??? More than 30 calls over 2 hours, unanswered. It is neither polite nor respectful, gendered behaviors. Very disappointing and very angry. The last episode is happening this Wednesday 07 April 2021, it is from 09 and 15 that I am calling until 11 and 41mn, with no answer !!!! You have to talk about it in person with the managers of the bank or perhaps at the Sanpaolo headquarters. THIS IS REALLY TOO MUCH.
