Premises refurbished a few months ago. ATM only for payments and second for withdrawals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto cortesi al telefono quanto irrispettosi e incuranti del tempo altrui. Avevamo preso un appuntamento io e la mia compagna e la mattina ci siamo presentati alle 9 per scoprire che in filiale mancava la metá del personale causa recente sanificazione dei locali. Sarebbe bastata una chiamata per disdire così da rispettare il prossimo nonché potenziali nuovi clienti o quanto meno congedarci con delle scuse.
Ahimè sconsigliatissima!
Very courteous on the phone as well as disrespectful and oblivious to the time of others. My partner and I had made an appointment and in the morning we showed up at 9 to discover that half of the staff was missing in the branch due to recent sanitation of the premises. A call would have been enough to cancel so as to respect others as well as potential new customers or at least say goodbye with an apology.
Alas not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mancanza di serietà. Per una pratica di surroga di mutuo mi hanno fatto attendere inutilmente per 2 mesi (in attesa del rialzo dei tassi?) per poi dirmi che i documenti sono da rifare aggiornati. Vergogna
Lack of seriousness. For a loan subrogation procedure they made me wait unnecessarily for 2 months (waiting for the rate hike?) And then tell me that the documents need to be redone updated. Shame
