Servizio vergognoso, ho provato a passare in diversi orari trovando sempre molta gente. Fate qualcosa! Ormai mi arrivano solo mail di offerte natalizie e assicurazioni da voi, siete ancora una banca?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una VERGOGNA unica. Lasciando addirittura perdere il "passato" da Banca di Vicenza. Vai e ricevono SOLO su appuntamento, vai all'appuntamento e te lo fanno saltare. Code interminabili per carenza di personale. Persone carine solo in cassa che non compensano il disastro come banca in generale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Chiusa la filiale in piazza, i clienti sono dirottati tutti lì. Sono andato per un'operazione di cassa, c'erano 5 sportelli consulenza senza clienti ed una sola cassa aperta con una fila di 12 persone.
Nel frattempo, finché aspettavo di eseguire l'operazione, sono andato al bancomat per verificare un accredito sulla prepagata, ma il bancomat era ancora sul circuito BPV, quindi non potevo nemmeno eseguire quell'operazione!

Ho trovato più volte la stessa addetta alla cassa e devo dire che ogni volta mi sono trovato sempre peggio.
Consiglio alla direzione di prestare attenzione a queste cose.
C'è un solo sportello cassa ma che almeno funzionasse decentemente
