★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una banca pessima dove su un mutuo hanno venduto un pacchetto assicurativo con clausole non spiegate, e quindi un assicurazione che non serve..... per non parlare del blocco delle rate del mutuo ad oggi dopo 2 mesi ancora devono bloccare nulla scaricando tutto sui clienti.... siete bravissimi

You can't talk to anyone and you have to hope you don't have serious problems to solve otherwise you just have to turn yourself to some saint. Nobody ever answers on the phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad Aprile 2020 contatto il call center per fissare un appuntamento in filiale per richiesta del Pos. Mi viene detto che in circa tre giorni sarei stato contattato dalla filiale per fissare l'appuntamento. Dopo una settimana ricontattavo il centralino centrale il quale mi riferiva che avrebbe emesso un sollecito. Stessa storia per altre due volte. Alla data del 01/09/2020 nessun operatore della filiale mi ha ancora contattato.
In April 2020 I contact the call center to make an appointment at the branch for a request from the Pos. I am told that in about three days I would be contacted by the branch to fix the appointment. After a week I contacted the central switchboard again who told me that he would issue a reminder. Same story two more times. As of 01/09/2020 no branch operator has contacted me yet.

Accolto da un direttore gentile e professionale, sono stato seguito in modo grossolano, frettoloso e superficiale da un addetta che, nonostante la situazione del mercato al momento, ha cercato in tutti i modi di porre paletti ad una potenziale surroga (valore del mutuo non abbastanza alto, assicurazione sulla vita vincolante di 4000€ da spalmare nel mutuo, reticenza a fornire informazioni e tassi). Capisco che fosse un momento di carico di lavoro, ma il livello di servizio ricevuto ed il comportamento generale hanno lasciato completamente a desiderare. non ci metterò mai più piede.
Entered in early December to inquire about the subrogation of a mortgage. Welcomed by a kind and professional director, I was followed in a rough, hasty and superficial way by an employee who, despite the current market situation, tried in every way to put stakes to a potential substitute (mortgage value not enough high, binding life insurance of 4000 € to be spread in the mortgage, reticence to provide information and rates). I understand it was a time of workload, but the level of service received and the general behavior have left something to be desired. I will never set foot there again.
