★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signora scortese, sono entrato due volte per richiedere di cambiando l'assegno (non essendo possessore di conto) nonostante TUTTE e sottolineo TUTTE le altre banche me lo hanno cambiato indipendentemente della filiale dalla quale è stato rilasciato l'assegno.
Una domanda: se l'assegno me lo avessero rilasciato a Lampedusa io sarei dovuto volare a Lampedusa per incassarlo?
E se per ogni assegno da cambiare o versare io dovessi avere un conto diverso, non sarebbe una cosa un po' stupida da "offrire" ad un cliente?

Rude lady, I entered twice to request to change the check (not being the account holder) despite ALL and I stress ALL other banks have changed it for me regardless of the branch from which the check was issued.
A question: if the check had been issued to me in Lampedusa, would I have had to fly to Lampedusa to cash it?
And if for every check to be changed or paid I should have a different account, wouldn't it be a little stupid thing to "offer" to a client?
