Di persona non cambia molto. Servizio non pessimo, di più. Ho un mutuo ed un conto con loro ma spero di cambiare presto
My personal experience: very bad. They never answer the phone and when they magically answer the line drops. I also sent emails but never got a reply. In person it doesn't change much. Service not bad, more. I have a mortgage and an account with them but I hope to change soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un'ora e mezzo che cerco di contattare telefonicamente la mia filiale e non risponde nessuno. Quando la telefonata non termina già col primo squillo, suona per un minuto esatto e poi termina. Uno schifo! La app, per prendere un appuntamento, non funziona.
Oggi ho chiamato 32 volte. Sempre "chiamata terminata"!
I have been trying to contact my branch by phone for an hour and a half and no one answers. When the call does not end with the first ring, it rings for exactly one minute and then ends. Sucks! The app does not work for making an appointment.
I called 32 times today. Always "call ended"!

A bank that has ghost employees. They don't even answer inside their office. I thought it was negligence on the part of the clerk, but today even the manager doesn't answer. I think at this point it is a bad habit of the bank.
