L	Luciano Baiguini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rifugio raggiungibile partendo dal ristoro 5 laghi dopo il paese di Valgoglio, in val Seriana. Bella camminata, un poco impegnativa fino alla centrale dell'Enel ( dove si trova il bivio che può portare anche al rifugio Lago nero). Questo itinerario permette di collegare questi due rifugi, compiendo il "giro dei laghi di Valgoglio", passando per la diga ed il lago di Aviasco. Panorami spettacolari! Assolutamente da fare! Refuge reachable starting from the restaurant 5 lakes after the village of Valgoglio, in the Seriana valley. Beautiful hike, a little challenging up to the Enel power plant (where there is a fork that can also lead to the Lago Nero hut). This itinerary allows you to connect these two shelters, completing the "tour of the lakes of Valgoglio", passing through the dam and the Aviasco lake. Spectacular views! Absolutely to do!
M	Mattia Gualandris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi sono fermato qui a mangiare, quindi sotto questo aspetto non posso dire nulla, ma la posizione in cui si trova è splendida. C'è un tavolo appena fuori dove mangiare e appena dietro il rifugio c'è il lago Cernello. Da Valgoglio non è proprio una passeggiata easy raggiungerlo ma ne vale la pena. I didn't stop here to eat, so in this respect I can't say anything, but the position in which it is found is splendid. There is a table just outside where to eat and just behind the refuge is Lake Cernello. From Valgoglio it is not really an easy walk to reach it but it's worth it.
R	Riccardo Cecconi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rifugio bellissimo e accogliente con prodotti a km0 come funghi e mirtilli ed erbette appena colti, i rifugisti sono molto calorosi: Paolo (egregio presidente del CAI di Alzano) è molto informato sui sentieri della zona, Linda con altri rifugisti in cucina sfornano piatti e torte prelibate, ma ciò chi più mi ha colpito di loro era il gruppo di tre ragazzi simpaticissimi che intrattenevano gli ospiti e scacciavano le mucche. Questo posto mi è rimasto nel ❤️. Refuge nice and cozy with km0 like mushrooms and blueberries and freshly cut grass, the rifugisti are very warm: Paul (Esquire President of CAI Alzano) is very informative about the local trails, Linda with other rifugisti in the kitchen turning out dishes and cakes delicious, but what struck me most of them was the group of three very nice guys who entertained guests and drove away the cows. This place remained in ❤️.
M	Marin Forcella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver camminato per circa 2 ore in salita, entrare in questa piccola baita è spettacolare. Il personale accoglie i propri clienti come se fossero loro amici. E' sempre un piacere fermarsi a scambiare due parole e consumare i loro prodotti tipici. After walking for about 2 hours uphill, entering this small hut is spectacular. The staff welcomes its customers as if they were their friends. It is always a pleasure to stop and exchange a few words and consume their typical products.

La via più breve per la salita è da Valgoglio (2h circa) si arriva prima alla postazione dei guardiadighe dell Enel e da lì si costeggia il lago Sucotto e in 20min a monte si arriva alla Cernello. Small refuge, located next to the lake of the same name, managed by Cai volunteers who rotate during the summer season. The shortest route for the ascent is from Valgoglio (about 2h) will arrive before the workstation of guardiadighe of Enel and from there along the lake Sucotto and in 20min upstream you arrive at Cernello.
M	Marta Barbetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima la salita al cernello, noi ne abbiamo approfittato per fare anche il giro dei laghi. Vista spettacolare. Il rifugio è un vero rifugio di montagna. Quando siamo andati noi era gestito da nonno, nonna e nipote con altri volontari. Molto accogliente..aria di famiglia. Ottimo il pranzo e squisitissima la torta. Complimenti davvero Beautiful the climb to the cernello, we have taken the opportunity to do even the tour of the lakes. Amazing view. The refuge is a true mountain refuge. When we went it was run by grandfather, grandmother and nephew with other volunteers. Very welcoming .. family atmosphere. Great lunch and very delicious cake. Sincere congratulations

Calvi o al lago di Aviasco per il passo ai Laghi Gemelli e ancora per il noto giro dei Laghi della Valgoglio. Collocato giusto sopra il Lago Sucotto Brava gestione e accoglienza Small refuge of the CAI on the side of the lake of the same name, beautiful alpine environment in our mountains in the Orobie, crossroads for the Passo della Portula down to the basin of the Rif.
