★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bivacco da usare solo in casi di emergenza... senza uno straccio di coperta! l'emergenza sarebbe sedersi d'estate per prendersi un caffè?
affamati, senz'acqua, si può anche stare una notte o qualche ora.
Ma la primissima necessità è almeno stare al caldo, poi l'acqua.
Immaginate di arrivarci una sera d'inverno, stremati, sudati, magari piove o nevica, qualcosa di inaspettato, non calcolato... quello a cui serve un bivacco insomma... entrate e... niente... niente coperte
certo, se avete tutto dietro, cambio, asciugamano, coperta, piumino, trapunta, ci state bene... ma nel frattempo avete fatto un trasloco praticamente.
Tanto vale rimanere nella neve.
 Bivouac to be used only in emergencies ... without a shred of blanket! would the emergency be to sit down in the summer to have a coffee?
hungry, without water, you can even stay a night or a few hours.
But the very first need is at least to stay warm, then water.
Imagine arriving there one winter evening, exhausted, sweaty, maybe it rains or snows, something unexpected, not calculated ... what you need a bivouac in short ... go in and ... nothing ... no blankets
sure, if you have everything behind you, change, towel, blanket, duvet, quilt, you are fine ... but in the meantime you have practically moved.
We might as well stay in the snow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci ho mai pernottato ma l'ho incontrato su percorso delle mie escursioni in Presolana. Non è grandissimo ma è ben tenuto, ha gli interni perlinati in legno e ampie finestre che permettono di gustarsi il panorama. Inoltre è situato in posizione strategica per fare da base di partenza a coloro che vogliono raggiungere la vetta della "regina delle Orobie".
I never stayed there but I met him on the route of my excursions in Presolana. It is not very large but it is well maintained, has wooden beaded interiors and large windows that allow you to enjoy the view. It is also located in a strategic position to act as a starting point for those who want to reach the summit of the "queen of the Orobie".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima escursione da Passo della Presolana, seguendo sentiero 315/316
Si arriva in 2.30h circa, dislivello 800m, con un rifugio a 1/3 di percorso.
Si passeggia per una mezz'ora nel bosco, poi si apre la vallata.
Un po' impegnativa l'ultima parte.
Si arriva anche alla Grotta dei Pagani con ulteriori 30 minuti di cammino.
D'inverno valutare bene le condizioni climatiche del fondo
Beautiful excursion from Passo della Presolana, following path 315/316
You arrive in about 2.30h, altitude difference 800m, with a refuge at 1/3 of the way.
We walk for half an hour in the woods, then the valley opens up.
The last part is a bit challenging.
You also arrive at the Grotta dei Pagani with a further 30 minutes on foot.
In winter, carefully evaluate the climatic conditions of the bottom

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ excellent, clean shelter in a beautiful location. Please mind: no water nearby (limestone rocks), no blankets in the shelter. Highly recommended to leave your stuff at the bivacco and go to the nearby Passo di Pozzera to see the sunset. The bivacco seems to be a popular destination, so being there alone, especially on the weekend, is rather unlikely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well done bivouac in the hear of Presolana mountains, comfortable for up 10 persons. Keep in mind respect for the place and the bivouac, clean bag back the trash ... You cannot booking the sleep in the bivouac it's mainly a rescue shelter for emergency situations ... Be cleaver !
