Il bagno forse risulta un po troppo sacrificato, sarebbe da migliorare ma per qualche giorno ci si può stare. Comunque cortesia da parte della mamma del proprietario senza uguali! Il letto veniva rifatto ogni mattina e la stanza riassettata :) B&B in the center so rooms a bit noisy (with earplugs all right). The bathroom is perhaps a little too sacrificed, it would need to be improved but you can stay there for a few days. However courtesy from the mother of the owner without equal! The bed was made every morning and the room made up :)

Consiglio All mini but sufficient for a short stay. The view is fabulous. The location is 20 meters from Piazza Duomo, what more could you ask for! Advice

Excellent location in the center of Florence. Nice room with new amenities. Very kind owner, he granted us the room even after check out. I advise.
M	Miri Mork on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La posizione è eccezionale, con affacio quasi diretto sul Duomo. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile e mette a disposizione una cucina molto attrezzata e fornita. I contro sono una camera vecchiotta con un bagno davvero minuscolo, ai limiti dell'abitabilità (almeno nella stanza che ho avuto io). E mancanza di doppi infissi che uniti ad una delle strade più vissute durante la notte equivale ad una dormita nel trambusto The location is exceptional, with an almost direct view of the Duomo. The owner is kind and helpful and offers a well-equipped and well-stocked kitchen. The cons are an outdated room with a really tiny bathroom, bordering on habitability (at least in the room I had). And the lack of double glazing that combined with one of the most experienced streets during the night is equivalent to a sleep in the hustle and bustle

La chambre avait une vue magnifique sur le Duomo et le petit déjeuner était copieux. Le prix de la chambre avec le petit déjeuner est très raisonnable pour Florence. Je recommande vivement ! The lady who manages the hotel is very nice, although she does not speak English we managed to understand each other. The room had a great view of the Duomo and the breakfast was plentiful. The price of the room with breakfast is very reasonable for Florence. I highly recommend !

Lorenzo e la mamma sono stati strepitosi, la colazione ricchissima e buonissima con acqua e bevande a disposizione per gli ospiti tutto il giorno. Stanza un po’ piccolina ma tenuta bene Amazing location with a view of the Duomo from our room, very convenient location for getting around the center. Lorenzo and his mother were amazing, the breakfast very rich and delicious with water and drinks available for guests all day. Room a bit small but well kept

M	Michelle Swain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The actual room was lovely but didn't like sharing kitchen facilities and making your own breakfast, the food that was supplied for breakfast was very basic cheap food which was eaten by other guests and the kitchen left in a mess, we should of rented an apartment or they should of set out a buffet breakfast like most hotels and B&B withe more tables and chairs. We couldn't make a coffee unless we cleaned the coffee pot first, we had paid an extra expense for coffee and breakfast at a cafe around the corner from the accommodation but also there is an additional cleaning cost so we personally felt a little cheated as we made our own bed, no clean sheets or towels just one set the whole stay. But as I said the room was very comfortable if anything a little too hot even though we turned the heating off. I think if they thought about the breakfast situation a little more or offer just room only.
