★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata in questo negozio oggi con mio figlio per acquistare dei pantaloni VRL che normalmente prendo nel negozio di Antegnate, qui ho trovato una commessa che non aveva assolutamente voglia di cercare la taglia e che mi ha chiesto di cercarli sul sito del negozio, se non vogliono lavorare possono stare a casa e lasciare il posto a chi sa fare il suo lavoro!
I went into this shop today with my son to buy some VRL pants that I normally buy in the Antegnate shop, here I found a saleswoman who had absolutely no desire to look for the size and who asked me to look for them on the shop website, if not they want to work they can stay at home and give way to those who know how to do their job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo negozio dove acquistare prodotti selezionati e di marche prestigiose. Lo staff è molto cortese ed attento a soddisfare le richieste del cliente. In modo particolare GRAZIE alla sig.na Ilaria ed alla Sua collega per averci permesso di realizzare un grande desiderio di nostro figlio di 12 anni... uno splendido paio di scarpe VANS nuova collezione. La gioia negli occhi di mio figlio giustifica il costo ed il tragitto ( da Monza dove abitiamo siamo andati apposta in questo negozio perché merita davvero di essere almeno visitato ). Sicuramente ci ritorneremo perché ci è piaciuto molto. GRAZIE !!!
Excellent shop where to buy selected products and prestigious brands. The staff is very courteous and attentive to satisfy customer requests. In particular THANKS to Miss Ilaria and your colleague for allowing us to fulfill a great wish of our 12 year old son ... a splendid pair of new collection VANS shoes. The joy in my son's eyes justifies the cost and the journey (from Monza where we live we went to this shop on purpose because it really deserves to be visited at least). We will definitely go back as we loved it. THANK YOU !!!

Si rifiutano di vendere determinati articoli esposti sugli scaffali per riservarli ad amici che rivenderanno a prezzo maggiorato. Comportamento a mio avviso molto scorretto e poco professionale. Inaccettabile non poter fare il regalo di Natale a mia figlia ed essere costretto a comprarlo a RESELL a cifre esorbitanti.
Rude and rude staff, especially the store manager. They refuse to sell certain items displayed on the shelves to reserve them for friends who will resell at a higher price. Behavior in my opinion very incorrect and unprofessional. It is unacceptable not to be able to give my daughter a Christmas present and be forced to buy it at RESELL at exorbitant prices.
