Mi sono recata nello store per acquistare un paio di scarpe e non c'era il numero, quindi il commesso mi ha suggerito di ordinare la scarpa che mi sarebbe arrivata entro 5 giorni. Peccato che mi ha ordinato una scarpa che non era stata ancora rifornita, senza preoccuparsi di controllare. Ho anche effettuato il pagamento dell'ordine e dell'ordine non ho avuto traccia. Ho capito che adesso tutto è on line per Nike ma è meglio dire al mercato che i negozi non servono più a niente o mettere solo delle insegne tanto é uguale. La prima volta che mi sono presentato e ho posto il problema mi è stato detto che al momento non era possibile fare il cambio e di ripassare. Anche la seconda volta non ho potuto effettuare il cambio, non ho avuto la possibilità di essere contattato quando fosse possibile il cambio.
