β β β β β I've ordered and payed a helmet in their eBay shop. But they just refused to ship it. However the most sneaky matter is that they lied about the cancellation reason. Reportedly the buyer has asked to cancel the sales order, which is simply not true! Money was refunded some days later, but because of different exchange rate I lost around 20 β¬. Not decent!
