Di recente ho restituito un articolo da lui venduto che al montaggio si è subito rotto e di cui si poteva constatare palesemente la difettosità o mancanza di qualità del prodotto. Nonostante alla restituzione avessi chiesto al signor Guido di cambiarmi il prodotto con uno uguale o simile, lo stesso mi ha restituito indietro i soldi, liquidandomi in modo poco garbato con un celere "ciao". Detto ciò se già prima ero cliente occasionale del negozio, ora non ci metterò mai più piede a costo di rifornirmi su internet o in altri negozi, dove, certamente, sarò accolto e servito con maggiore gentilezza e professionalità. Peccato, perchè sarebbe anche un punto vendita ben fornito! Having said that, if before I was an occasional customer of the shop, now I will never set foot again at the cost of stocking up on the internet or in other shops, where, of course, I will be welcomed and served with greater kindness and professionalism. Risposta: "prova ad andare a chiedere in farmacia se hanno i cerotti". Non ho parole. Ricambio urgente per il mio compagno che ha un'attività. Consiglio qualche corso di educazione su come trattare i clienti che ti danno soldi per poter campare, vergogna. Comunque ciao e buon lavoro. g	gAs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistata centralina elettronica che purtroppo si è rivelata subito non funzionante; il servizio clienti, dopo una prima fase di interessamento, ci comunica di avere aperto una pratica con il produttore e che ci avrebbero poi avvisati sulle procedure da adottare. Dopo questa comunicazione, trascorrono con disinvoltura oltre tre mesi nel più totale silenzio e ignorando il problema, finchè ci arrendiamo rivolgendoci altrove, semplicemente perchè il pezzo ci serviva. Morale, 76 euro rubati per un pezzo difettoso, Guidomoto è IL PEGGIOR VENDITORE in cui ci siamo mai imbattuti, rivolgetevi altrove! Una stella perchè zero non lo consente. Prezzi onesti, e non come tanti ricambisti che alzano volontariamente il prezzo. Mi sono trovato bene anche alla consegna fisica dei pezzi. Guido è un' esperto del settore e mi sono trovato bene. Ritornerò sicuramente a comprare altri pezzi e magari anche a fare dei lavori alla mia vespa. Consigliato I bought some spare parts for my vespa some time ago.
