P	Paolo Tilli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ da tempo, passando davanti, vedevo file di macchine. così ho deciso di provare questo autolavaggio invece di andare a Scandicci come al solito. al momento del ritiro ho trovato due sverniciature e un sensore di parcheggio sparito dal frontale della mia Bmw 520. ho immediatamente contestato il problema agli addetti che hanno dato la colpa alla cattiva verniciatura del parafango. mi sono quindi recato dal mio carrozziere che mi ha fatto notare che anche il sensore assente non poteva che dipendere da uno uso inappropiato dell'idropulitrice sono tornato e ho spiegato all'incaricato che, indispettito, ha fatto una bella sceneggiata alla Mario Merola e poi mi ha detto di fargli scrivere dall'avvocato. ho dovuto portare l'auto in carrozzeria, smontare il paraurti per ripristinare il sensore in quanto aveva smesso di funzionare tutto l'impianto e riverniciare le parti danneggiate. Sono dovuta andare via perché avevano già una macchina nel garage che era a detta loro ‘molto sporca’ e quindi ci avrebbero messo mezz’ora a pulirla. Sono esterrefatta da come gestire la vostra attività. Ho anche parlato con una ragazza che si è definita una titolare ma dubito fortemente che lo fosse, perché da titolare si dovrebbe prendere cura dei clienti in coda e non delle macchina che hanno in coda dalla notte prima senza nessuno a reclamarle. Consigliavo il vostro autolavaggio a tutti ma d’ora in poi mi assicurerò di non mandare mai più nessuno da voi. Una vergogna. Mi avete pure risposto ‘faccia che le pare’. Mi hanno lasciato il portabicchieri estremamente sporco, i vetri pieni di ditate, non hanno aspirato neanche in posti visibili. Bad. In the past they always did a very good job. La macchina mi è stata resa con il portabicchieri sporchi, non aspirata e con i vetri pieni di ditate. Non intendo tornare mai più. Ho dovuto anche aspettare molto per pagare Bad.
