P	Patrizia Parolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei segnalare la maleducazione e la mancanza di serietà e professionalità di chi risponde al centralino.MI è stato riagganciato il telefono per ben due volte senza darmi indicazioni su ciò che chiedevo. Alla richiesta del nominativo mi è stato dato un probabile nome e cognome falso ma ciò non influirà sicuramente sull'intenzione di segnalare quanto accaduto .Sono anch'io dipendente della pubblica amministrazione e credo che in quanto tale siamo, ancor di più tenuti ,ad un comportamento ligio e doveroso visto che a fine mese siamo stipendiati dai cittadini stessi.Mi vergogno immensamente per i comportamenti di tali dipendenti che a mio parere dovrebbero essere licenziati immediatamente soprattutto in questi periodi dove famiglie intere fanno fatica ad arrivare fine mese. I was hung up on the phone twice without giving me information on what I was asking. At the request of the name I was given a probable false name and surname but this will certainly not affect the intention to report what happened. I am also an employee of the public administration and I believe that as such we are, even more required, to a behavior loyal and dutiful given that at the end of the month we are paid by the citizens themselves. I am immensely ashamed for the behavior of these employees who in my opinion should be fired immediately especially in these periods where entire families are struggling to make ends meet.

Da non dimenticare che c'è personale molto cortese che risponde gentile al telefono e da informazioni importanti. Già il sistema in questo periodo è molto affaticato!
