a	aly ci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purtroppo inevitabile andarci. gli impiegati sono la personificazione del detto "rubare lo stipendio". si scocciano se vai a fare una pratica, sono maleducati e inefficenti. siamo andati in 3 (stesso nucleo famigliare) a cambiare il medico e la tipa era seccatissima che io avessi la documentazione per tutto e fossi pronta per fare la pratica. fattostà che solo uno su 3 ha il medico. io e mia figlia dopo una settimana dobbiamo tornare. ASSURDO. unfortunately inevitable to go there. the employees are the personification of the saying "steal the salary". they get annoyed if you go to do a practice, they are rude and inefficient. we went to 3 (same household) to change the doctor and the girl was very annoyed that I had the documentation for everything and I was ready to do the practice. fact that only one in three has a doctor. M	Marisa Gelmetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capisco il disagio di questi tempi purtroppo code sotto la pioggia con persone anziane con stampelle e ombrello ma non è una bella cosa quel che non a va bene è che nonostante il disagio il personale sia superbo e ti dice che se non ti sta bene state a casa noi staremmo tutti a casa ma per nostra sfortuna a volte siamo costretti a passare di lì scusate lo sfogo ma siccome siamo tutti nella stessa barca non complichiamoci le cose poi le persone anziane si spaventano facilmente I understand the discomfort these days unfortunately queues in the rain with elderly people with crutches and umbrellas but it is not a good thing what is not good is that despite the discomfort the staff are superb and tell you that if you do not like it you are okay. home we would all stay at home but unfortunately for us sometimes we are forced to pass by there sorry for the outburst but since we are all in the same boat let's not complicate things then the elderly people get scared easily

L'impiegata perditempo poco professionale ed educata, ahimè, può capitare; è questione di fortuna (o conoscenza) trovare quella giusta. Ai prelievi sono sempre molto veloci, anche lì non sempre al massimo della professionalità e cortesia ma perlomeno si fa in fretta. Non è il massimo ma nella sanità ci sono sicuramente posti peggiori. CUP very crowded, the queues flow quite quickly even if it depends a lot on the staff in service and on the number of open branches. The time-wasted employee who is unprofessional and polite, alas, can happen; it is a matter of luck (or knowledge) to find the right one. Withdrawals are always very fast, even there not always with the utmost professionalism and courtesy but at least it is done quickly. It is not the best but there are definitely worse places in healthcare.
