Al telefono rispondono, se non riescono è perchè stanno visitando, ma nel mio caso sono stato richiamato subito dopo. Mi sono recato qualche volta per piccoli problemi e quasi tutti i medici che ho incontrato hanno dimostrato competenza. Ad un certo punto una ragazza ci chiede se stiamo aspettiamo il dottore diciendo che anche lei è in attesa. Passa mezzora dora ventiminuti decidiamo di andare via ,visti che fra mezzora anche le farmacie avrebbero chiuso. Mentre usciamo la ragazza ci dice che il dottore sta arrivando cosi scendiamo dall auto e aspettiamo. Arriva la presunta dottoressa che salutiamo senza ricevere attenzioni che si rivolge alla ragazza che aspetta in sieme a noi con un secco: ma tu qui sei?? Dai vieni che cosi cominci" Capiamo cosi che quella era la dottoressa di turno....mah... Le due entrano in ambulatorio insieme ovviamente senza dirci nulla e si chiudono dentro. Passano altri 20 minuti senza chr loro escano mentre il dolore aumenta. Mi alzo e risuono il camapnello ( può darsi si siano dimenticati di noi) nulla...non ci considerano per nulla...nessuna risposta. Spero che i dirigenti sanitari prendano provvedimenti Full indifference We arrive around Saturday 3 August at about 7pm. We are waiting for the medical guard who is not there. At one point a girl asks us if we are waiting for the doctor, saying that she is also waiting. While we go out the girl tells us that the doctor is coming so we get out of the car and wait. Come on, let's start this way " We understand that this was the doctor on duty .... well ... The two enter the clinic together obviously without telling us anything and they shut themselves up inside. Another 20 minutes pass without chr they leave while the pain increases. I get up and ring the camapnello (maybe they forgot us) nothing ... they don't consider us at all ... no answer. I hope the health managers take action
D	Davide Liso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certo la differenza la fa sempre il medico di turno, per cui parlo della mia esperienza personale .. servizio pessimo tra domenica 16 e lunedì 17 maggio.. in piena notte chiamo 3 volte.. mai ricevuto risposta.. chiamo ancora una volta disperata alle 7:50, finalmente risponde il medico.. ero sollevata.. se non fosse la sua PESSIMA risposta che con saccenza e poco tatto mi invitava di aspettare ancora 10 minuti e contattare il medico di base.. VERGOGNOSO! La segretaria del mio medico di base è decisamente più preparata, probabilmente la terza media ai suoi tempi era un percorso molto più formativo! Comunque poveracci sti ragazzi, tanto studio, anni di sacrifici e alla fine ti buttano la, ma un lato positivo c’è, ti scrivono le medicine che chiedi tanto che ne sanno loro! Ho ricevuto la codesta risposta" e possibile che lei chiama tutte le domeniche?" Ho spiegato gentilmente che cosa avevo e lei con toni scortese mi ha detto di farmi fare il foglio dal mio medico. E possibile che non sa svolgere il suo lavoro?! A lei cosa gliene frega se mi metto in mutua o meno?! Faccia il suo lavoro e basta. Se una persona sta male non sta male a bacchetta ,quindi faccia il foglio della mutua e basta. La sconsiglio vivamente questa dottoressa . O	O M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta alla guardia medica per non andare in pronto soccorso, per evitare code e non intasare l'ospedale. Morale: il medico sbaglia completamente diagnosi, dandomi un antibiotico che nel mio caso era del tutto inutile. Sono dovuta comunque andare in ospedale, dove per fortuna ho risolto. Mai più. Numero di telefono staccato, anche recandosi di persona nessuno che vi apre, cartello sulla porta che indica che le visite si fanno solo dalle 16, mettere una voce automatica che informa al telefono è troppo difficile? Ma no, meglio farlo scoprire al paziente una volta arrivato lì quando poi magari deve aspettare 6 ore. La guardia medica serve per le EMERGENZE, questo vuol dire che ci deve sempre essere qualcuno in sede, soprattutto in un periodo come questo in cui è bene evitare di intasare i pronto soccorso con visite effettuabili dalla guardia medica in giorni come il sabato e la domenica in cui non è possibile ricorrere al medico di famiglia. Assurdo che il comune di Leini e l’asl nonostante tutte le recensioni negative non si siano mai interessati per risolvere il problema! An embarrassing service for taxpayers.
