β β β β β Telefonare ed aspettarsi una risposta o persino che i telefoni funzionano sembra utopia...
Personalmente ho bisogno di farmi assegnare un medico e ci sono procedure da seguire anche online ma dopo aver perso piu' di mezz'ora per iscriversi al sito ed inviare le informazioni ad un certo punto, quando si chiede di autorizzare l'identificazione dell'indirizzo email il sistema da errore. Provato per piu' giorni e la missione non e' riuscita. Ho dovuto prendere appuntamento online e la data libera e' tra 20 giorni. Sono spiacevolmente stupita del malfunzionamento del servizio. Il telefono pero' DEVE essere risposto e DEVE funzionare. Inammissibile lo stato attuale. Dove si puo' denunciare tale cosa? Vorrei farlo

Personally I need to be assigned a doctor and there are procedures to be followed online too but after having lost more than half an hour to register on the site and send the information at a certain point, when you are asked to authorize the identification of the address email the system gives an error. Tried for several days and the mission failed. I had to make an appointment online and the free date is in 20 days. I am unpleasantly surprised at the malfunction of the service. But the phone MUST be answered and MUST work. The current state is inadmissible. Where can this be reported? I would like to do it
