Invece dopo qualche squillo mi ha risposto il sig. Roberto che da solo con due telefoni e lo sportello aperto (intento si interfacciava con una signora davanti a se) mi ha gentilmente dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie per fare la pratica via mail! Roberto, tu vali e sei esempio di quella pubblica amministrazione che vale e che se fosse più a tua immagine sarebbe una macchina da guerra vincente che darebbe ai cittadini modo di essere anch’essi efficienti e produttivi per il benessere del paese intero! La persona all'ingresso che rileva la temperatura e "gestisce" la sala d'attesa ha un'idea tutta sua di distanziamento (sala decisamente grande con 3 m tra uno e l'altro). È stato impossibile prenotare (telefono a cui non risponde nessuno!!) eppure si son presentati alcuni con appuntamento (dichiarato) e vorrei proprio capire come hanno fatto ad averlo! Precedenza a loro e poi in ordine di arrivo. Per una richiesta di una tessera sanitaria probabilmente mi toccherà star qui non meno di un'ora e mezza!! Siamo al ridicolo... Pur recandomi in sede mi sono sentita insultare e urlare dall'infermiera all'ingresso con capelli rossi (tanto quanto la sua rabbia interiore) e un fare aggressivo che , parlando al telefono in orario lavorativo, imprecava dicendo di scrivere alla relativa email senza neanche ascoltare una mia richiesta. F	Federico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 2 aprile 2022 mi sono recato dalla Guardia medica di continuità assistenziale che ora si trova in questa sede, citofono e non risponde nessuno, provo a contattare il numero unico che un cartello dice di chiamare 116117 e dopo oltre 3 chiamate e 20 minuti di attesa non risponde nessuno, la porta è chiusa dall'interno, alla fine esce un signore che era dentro e mi fa entrare chiedo al personale della casa di comunità (che non so a cosa serve) e mi rispondono che il medico di guardia si trova nella prima stanza a sinistra busso e non risponde nessuno, alla fine su una sedia della sala di attesa c'è un volantino con scritto che il 2 aprile 2022 la sede di continuità assistenziale di tradate rimarrà chiusa rivolgersi al numero unico nazionale 116177 che ovviamente non risponde. Azzardo un reato, interruzione di pubblico servizio? Vergogna dovete vergognavi ats asst sette laghi e regione Lombardia!VERGOGNA!
