C’é chi sta a casa e puó recarsi in studio in qualsiasi momento e chi invece lavora e ha degli orari. Pazzesco che non si sia pensato a un servizio email almeno per la prescrizione di farmaci e esami di routine. A maggior ragione dato il momento pandemico. Non si può passare una giornata intera al telefono senza poi avere risposta. Si parla di salute non di caramelle. Se non siete in grado di gestire la situazione perché avete troppi pazienti con pochi medici e una segretaria che non riesce a gestire le telefonate prendete provvedimenti.
