Oggi 8 gennaio, dopo 76 ore dal prelievo, sul fascicolo sanitario elettronico ancora nessuna notizia dell'esito. Ho chiamato il numero qui indicato dell'ats, dopo svariati tentativi finalmente riescono a mettermi in coda per parlare con un operatore. Dopo 20 minuti mi risponde, inoltra la mia chiamata a un altro numero che squilla a vuoto fino ad interruzione della chiamata. Chissà dove sarà il mio tampone? Naturalmente mettersi in contatto con loro è impossibile oppure ti rimandano a numeri dove non risponde nessuno. Due anni di covid ormai, la scusa della situazione nuova non funziona più. Sarete sicuramente oberati ma se mettete in piedi un protocollo così vincolante per i cittadini dovete anche mettere in piedi una WAR room in grado di gestire eventuali bug del vostro sistema. IL link che mi avete inviato per scaricare il documento della quarantena e di conseguenza prenotare il tampone per la fine della stessa non funziona per un bug. Gli unici a poter risolvere questo problema siete voi, vi sto contattando da giorni su tutti i canali disponibili e non ottengo riscontro da nessuna parte. Questo mi obbliga a stare chiusa in casa senza poter fornire idonea documentazione al mio datore di lavoro. Risulto positiva, dopo i primi 7 giorni di isolamento effettuo un tampone molecolare che dà di nuovo esito positivo. Solo allora mi viene bloccato il Green Pass (buongiorno!!), ma nel frattempo inizio a navigare nell'ignoto. Quanti giorni devo far passare dopo il secondo tampone? 5 come dice il medico curante? 7 come dicono le farmacie? Dove trovo questa informazione? DA NESSUNA PARTE!!!! Come prenoto un nuovo tampone se il link del primo sms è scaduto? Basta presentarsi con il provvedimento di inizio quarantena? Perché sul sito non specificano nulla e nessuno si degna di rispondere al telefono? C'è in gioco la salute (anche mentale) delle persone. Non è uno scherzo. Ho diritto di sapere quale sia la mia situazione e se nessuno mi risponde con chi parlare perché le cose migliorino? Misteri destinati a rimanere tali. Sono indignata. Da allora impossibile comunicare, sono stato abbandonato. Al telefono non risponde nessuno, via mail mi è stato risposto di compilare il form sul sito, cosa che avevo già fatto, sono andato alla sede in via Ottorino Rossi e il portinaio mi ha detto che l'ufficio era chiuso per Covid. I carabinieri declinano ogni responsabilità, e io da oggi sono in contravvenzione in quanto over 50, non posso viaggiare, non posso accedere a negozi e servizi, sono sequestrato e privato delle mie libertà. A questo numero invece gli operatori sono sempre tutti occupati… tre squilli e risponde un messaggio automatico. Sono ormai più di due anni che siamo in questa situazione ma i servizi non sono mai migliorati. … per i tamponi durante l’isolamento non siamo mai stati contrattati … una volta fuori dalla quarantena I green pass non arrivano… è una vergogna Impossible to contact!
