Per cambiare semplicemente un appuntamento ho passato una settimana a chiamare ma nessuno si è degnato di rispondere, alle mail idem, sono andata di persona e ho dovuto prima far passare tutte le persone che avevano appuntamento nonostante fossi li con un bambino di pochi mesi.
VERGOGNOSO!!
Terrible experience !! To simply change an appointment I spent a week calling but no one deigned to answer, the same emails, I went in person and first had to let all the people who had an appointment through despite being there with a baby of a few months.
SHAMEFUL!!
