 The fast online booking, but the phone call to confirm the appointment never arrived and therefore I had to request a new appointment on the spot .....

In più, ho cambiato le spazzole tergicristalli (consigliatomi da loro) ad un prezzo davvero molto buono!! Davvero bravi in tutto!!
Really very professional and extremely quick to solve the problem ..
Plus, I changed the wiper blades (recommended by them) at a really good price !! Really good in everything !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentato in officina senza un appuntamento mercoledì 4 novembre, poco dopo che il mio parabrezza avesse subito il danno. Fortuna ha voluto che avessero in magazzino un parabrezza per la mia c3 (quello panoramico...) e mi hanno dato la possibilità di sostituirlo in meno di 48 ore. Appuntamento venerdì 6 novembre per le 16.00, mi presento un quarto d'ora prima ed erano già pronti. Alle 17.15 sono andato via con parabrezza sostituito. Merito anche alla polizza assicurativa che ha fatto sì che non dovessi tirar fuori neanche un euro. Ottimo lavoro comunque da parte di Carglass.
I showed up at the workshop without an appointment on Wednesday 4th November, shortly after my windshield suffered damage. Luck wanted that they had in stock a windshield for my c3 (the panoramic one ...) and they gave me the possibility to replace it in less than 48 hours. Appointment Friday 6 November for 16.00, I show up a quarter of an hour earlier and they were ready. At 5.15pm I left with the windshield replaced. Also thanks to the insurance policy that meant that I didn't have to pay out a single euro. Great job by Carglass anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto gentili, in pochissimo tempo abbiamo concordato tempi di sostituzione parabrezza, ugualmente hanno provveduto alla sua sostituzione nei tempi stabiliti, rifinndo il tuttomolto professionalmemte BRAVI!!!???
Very kind, in a very short time we agreed on the times for replacing the windshield, also they replaced it within the established times, refinndo everything very professionally and very BRAVI !!! ???
