★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un problema con una cartuccia della Franke non più in produzione e grazie al loro servizio di assistenza professionale, alla comunicazione continua nel cercare di trovare la soluzione e soprattutto la gentilezza, che in questo mondo che corre, è quasi utopia, sono riusciti a risolvermi il problema.
CONSIGLIATISSIMO
 I had a problem with a Franke cartridge no longer in production and thanks to their professional assistance service, to continuous communication in trying to find the solution and above all the kindness, which in this world that runs, is almost utopia, they managed to solve me the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si è presentato dopo 2 settimane. Ha visto il frigo. Era spento. Mi ha detto di accenderlo e di mandare delle foto ma sicuramente era da buttare. Sono passate altre 2 settimane e nn si e visto nessuno. Una cosa vergognosa e menefreghisti. Visto che era una semplice sonda da 30, 00 €. Un altrodaltro tecnico di un altra ditta in dieci minuti ha fatto il lavoro.
It showed up after 2 weeks. He saw the fridge. It was off. He told me to turn it on and send some photos but it sure was to be thrown away. Another 2 weeks have passed and no one has been seen. A shameful and indifferent thing. Since it was a simple 30, 00 € probe. Another technician from another company did the job in ten minutes.

Sono molto puntuali nel rispettare l'orario dell'appuntamento fissato e svolgono il lavoro in maniera ordinata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema con la lavastoviglie, mio fratello mi ha consigliato questo posto: il commesso (non ne conosco il nome) dopo aver ascoltato i fatti, mi ha dato una dritta non complicata, per vedere se avrebbe funzionato. Premetto che ho guardato tutti i tutorial YouTube disponibili, e googolato in abbondanza, prima. Avevo già preso accordi col commesso, per l'intervento di un tecnico, ma grazie al suggerimento (non trovato su internet), non è servito: ha funzionato. Ho risparmiato i 60 euro di intervento (cifra normale) e non si sono approfittati di una donna sola che non è un carpentiere, o idraulico, o elettricista, o muratore, cosa non scontata in Italia nel 2021, per esperienza diretta, purtroppo. Molto bene, se dovessi aver bisogno di nuovo, tornerei, che possa risolvere da sola, grazie ai consigli, oppure no. Questo fa la differenza tra il commercio on line o le varie catene, ed il vero negozio. Spero non chiudano mai.
I had a problem with the dishwasher, my brother recommended this place to me: the salesman (I don't know the name) after hearing the facts, gave me an uncomplicated tip, to see if it would work. I state that I have watched all the YouTube tutorials available, and googled a lot, before. I had already made arrangements with the clerk, for the intervention of a technician, but thanks to the suggestion (not found on the internet), it didn't help: it worked. I saved the 60 euros for the intervention (normal amount) and did not take advantage of a single woman who is not a carpenter, or plumber, or electrician, or bricklayer, something not taken for granted in Italy in 2021, from direct experience, unfortunately. Very well, if I need it again, I would come back, that I can fix it by myself, thanks to the advice, or not. This makes the difference between the online trade or the various chains, and the real shop. I hope they never close.

Intervention on our Smeg oven performed by Mr. Erri (I hope I have remembered the name well). Kind and competent person. Intervention performed quickly and professionally. There was no lack of excellent advice for maintenance of the oven and other appliances present. I absolutely recommend this shop. Well done !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the team were very helpful, they went out of there way to help me fix the hinges on the oven door, others simply said it was not repairable and wanted to charge me €400 for a new oven, Asterlux fixed it for €60
