Pulizia, cordialità, igiene, gentilezza del personale la distinguono.. e spesso belle persone dentro simpatiche con cui chiacchierare nell'attesa dell'asciugatura dei capi...e se lo dice L'artista e musicista Pavese Alex the king of the night ( e ci metto pure la faccia) è una garanzia!!!!! Grazie di esserci in via Ludovico il Moro....
 I've been serving for 5 years and 10 months. Cleanliness, friendliness, hygiene, kindness of the staff distinguish it .. and often nice people inside, nice to chat with while waiting for the clothes to dry ... and if the artist and musician Pavese Alex the king of the night says it ( and I put my face on it) is a guarantee !!!!! Thank you for being in via Ludovico il Moro ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto a lavare la roba del cane, torno dopo mezz’ora e la porta non si apre. Dei tre numeri indicati per le emergenze, ne risponde solo uno dicendo che si trova fuori Pavia e invitandoci a riprovare agli altri numeri. Questi continuano a non rispondere, quindi la persona che ci ha risposto per prima ci dice che arriverà in 10/15 minuti. Arriva dopo 20 minuti, e risolve il problema (tralasciamo il linguaggio scurrile che utilizzava mormorando tra sé e sé). Comunque, mi consiglia di impostare solo 20 minuti di asciugatura (e non 30 come volevo fare io). Risultato? Tutta la roba ancora completamente bagnata. Ho preso tutto e lo sto portando in un’altra lavanderia. Grazie per avermi fatto perdere tempo e denaro.
Ps: se avessi potuto mettere 0 stelle lo avrei fatto.
I take the dog's clothes to wash, I come back after half an hour and the door doesn't open. Of the three numbers indicated for emergencies, only one answers by saying that it is outside Pavia and inviting us to try the other numbers again. They still don't answer, so the person who answered us first tells us that he will arrive in 10/15 minutes. It arrives after 20 minutes, and solves the problem (let's leave out the bad language he used while muttering to himself). However, I recommend setting only 20 minutes of drying (and not 30 as I wanted to do). Result? All the stuff still completely wet. I took everything and I'm taking it to another laundry. Thanks for wasting my time and money.
Ps: if I could have put 0 stars I would have done it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a lavare la cuccia del mio cane. Lavatrice e asciugatrice luride ma ho provato a lavare lo stesso. È uscita puzzolente e non pulita, non un minimo sentore di detersivo. MAI PIÙ!!!!!
I took my dog's bed to wash. Dirty washer and dryer but tried to wash the same. It came out smelly and not clean, not a hint of detergent. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is too EXPENSIVE! I spent over 16 euros, in New York and Los Angeles to wash the same amount of clothing you would spend 7 to 8 dollars. It's just ridiculous to think that because they're providing detergent they can over charge you. I'd rather bring my own and be charged the right amount. Plus, THEy DONT HAVE A COIN CHANGE MACHINE! So you have to bring exact change, and the machine they have to pay only takes coins of 10 cents and over. It's 1.60 euros to dry for 10min. That's a ripoff!!!! Laundry mats are supposed to be convenient to the people with not time to waste or space at home. These people prefer to ripoff a few customer every now and then instead of building a clientele offering a better deal. Very disappointed, and i will never be back. I prefer to spend a few extra bucks and take my clothes somewhere else where someone is going to wash it, dry it and folded for me.
