Mi sono fidata e devo dire sono stati rispettati tempi e costi, complimenti per il servizio!! I went to this shop to have my vacuum cleaner repaired and I can say that I was greeted in a very kind way by Mrs. Claudia, I appreciated that she first explained to me how they work (methods, timing and estimate). I trusted and I must say times and costs were respected, congratulations for the service !!

Alla consegna fatta di sabato mancava una prolunga e non hanno potuto procedere all'installazione. Di sabato nessuno rispondeva al telefono e ho chiamato lunedì. Hanno negato che io avessi detto loro che la lavatrice andava posizionata sotto il lavello, ma impossibile perchè insieme abbiamo cercato quelle con il top che si poteva togliere, e che se avessi voluto un nuovo intervento per installazione con la prolunga avrei dovuto ancora pagare. Che dire...poca professionalità e capacità commerciale, quindi a questo punto ho preferito pagare il mio idraulico di fiducia. Ora io mi chiedo, chi va ad installare apparecchiature dovrebbe essere attrezzato con un minimo di ricambi sul furgone e un tubo mi sembra più che il minimo, oltre a cacciaviti, pappagalli etc... La stessa mattina, stranamente dopo la telefonata, mi arriva un sms per dirmi che erano venuti a conoscenza del problema e chiedevano se era necessaria una prolunga per il collegamento....ma anche no grazie!!! Purchased washing machine explaining that it had to be put under a sink. At the delivery made on Saturday, an extension cable was missing and they were unable to proceed with the installation. No one answered the phone on Saturdays and I called on Monday. They denied that I had told them that the washing machine should be placed under the sink, but impossible because together we looked for the ones with the top that could be removed, and that if I wanted a new intervention for installation with the extension I would still have to pay. What can I say ... little professionalism and commercial capacity, so at this point I preferred to pay my trusted plumber. Now I wonder, whoever goes to install equipment should be equipped with a minimum of spare parts on the van and a pipe seems to me more than the minimum, as well as screwdrivers, parrots etc ... The same morning, strangely after the phone call, I received a text message to tell me that they had learned of the problem and were asking if an extension cable was needed for the connection .... but no thanks !!!

Non molto lontano dal centro di Pavia. Facilmente raggiungibile anche coi mezzi. I had a Braun razor that stopped working. It was still under warranty and I took it for repair. Very helpful and professional. Not very far from the center of Pavia. Easily accessible even by public transport.
