Mi è stato richiesto da una signorina molto gentile di effettuare un colloquio in un certo giorno prestabilito tramite videochiamata whatsapp (abbastanza singolare, come sistema). Il giorno in questione non ricevo chiamate o videochiamate, nonostante abbia provveduto a tenermi specificatamente libero per il colloquio. Li chiamo io più tardi e mi viene spiegato che hanno avuto dei problemi organizzativi o non so che. Mi viene dato un secondo "videoappuntamento". Il giorno del colloquio ancora una volta non si fanno sentire. Da qui deduco che il loro metodo per deselezionare i candidati sia quello di innescare delle catene senza soluzione di continuità di finti colloqui che non hanno mai luogo, in modo probabilmente da prendere il tempo cosicché l'azienda ricercante abbia il tempo di decidere. In questa maniera il candidato tiene bloccata l'offerta, o meglio loro tengono bloccato il candidato, che resta nel livello "attesa colloquio" fino a che non riceve offerte migliori. From here I deduce that their method of deselecting candidates is to trigger seamless chains of fake interviews that never take place, in order to probably take the time so that the research company has time to decide. In this way the candidate keeps the offer blocked, or rather they keep the candidate blocked, who remains in the "waiting for interview" level until he receives better offers. Unprofessional.

Con l'emergenza Covid sono stata chiamata in tutta fretta per fare un colloquio a 40 minuti di macchina dalla mia città dovendomi pagare benzina, autostrada e sperando che nessuna delle pattuglie che erano in circolazione mi fermasse fuori regione. Com'è andato il colloquio? Sto ancora aspettando adesso di saperlo dalla Synergie che visualizza ma non risponde ai messaggi dove gli si chiedono aggiornamenti. Vergognosi, senza rispetto e con il classico modus operandi che ti fa capire cosa non va in questa Italia.
